Terrible Communication
Renew/ Red Tail Residential is a lazy awful company. They don't do their jobs and ignore their residents. Once you sign the lease paperwork, they ghost you. I even had to reach out to the corporate office just to get my lease paperwork renewed. They don't maintain the property. The laundry room is a complete disaster and there is ice build up on the stairs. They don't do anything about it after reaching out multiple times. They only use AI to communicate. Look at their Google review responses to see the AI in action. Can't wait to move out.

Unacceptable
Have had no heat all of winter and now we don’t have any maintenance man onsite as they got rid of the best one we’ve had since residing here. Would not recommend these and looking to relocate ASAP!!!

Exceeds Expectations
Nothing like the negative reviews in the past and it is clear management is doing everything they can to turn the property around. 100% recommend. I have had no issues with my appliances or any pests whatsoever. Like moving into any new apartment it can take 24-48 hours for your refrigerator to get set to it's proper temp after being used for the first time.

This apartment complex is infested with cockroaches. I found a cockroach in my juice on my nightstand. When you turn on the lights you see them all scatter. I am not a high class person, you do what you gotta do to survive. This place was supposed to be a break to catch me up on bills. They don't follow GA tenant and landlord codes. Water stopped coming out of my shower and because it was a weekend, they wouldn't do anything about it. Told me to wash myself with a bucket of water in the middle of summer. The pipes to my sink weren't even connected, just hanging there with tape. The women at the front desk are the rudest people I have ever met. They lose paperwork and if you can't provide pictures you're wrong. They recorded my voice without consent, violating basic rights. Would not take my ETS orders so I could move back home.
