Promises Broken, Billing Errors, and No Resolution 3-Year Tenant
I have been a tenant here for almost three years with zero issues, and I’m currently 8.5 months pregnant, so I expected professional, responsive management. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Promised incentives, including a $1,000 lease incentive, were never applied, and despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Rent charges have been inconsistent and do not match what is outlined in my lease, and management has made decisions about my lease without notifying me. Lease documents were incomplete or mislabeled, which caused delays with important matters like mortgage applications. Communication from the staff has been slow, vague, or nonexistent, making it extremely difficult to get any meaningful answers. At this point, I have formally reported this property to the Better Business Bureau and the Alabama Consumer Protection Division, but the problems remain unresolved. If you are considering renting here, document everything and do not rely on verbal promises, they are unlikely to be honored. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fitness center is almost inaccessible and poorly equipped. Maintenance is very slow and amenities are almost nonexistent. Great location but they should do better with their customer service and amenities.

Incredible views, staff, and location in downtown Birmingham. We are on our second lease here and will resign when the time comes. All communities offer about the same amenities but the location and staff attention to the facility and resident needs put it over the top. Fantastic neighbors of all ages make it a joy to live here.

Most everything has been great so far. Move in was stressful as staff is not easy to contact or assist on a weekend move in. Setting up internet and cable with spectrum was a nightmare. I wish I was able to provide my own utility package and not be required to use a bundle from the apartment. Spectrum poorly manages the bulk package purchased by the apartment complex. I have never had such a frustrating and horrible experience with customer service than with spectrum. The issues were finally resolved and the television service is good. The internet is slow, but for a bundle package I guess it fine. The community is beautiful. The neighbors are very friendly. Parking is a breeze. Access to publix is wonderful. The homeless that hang outside the apartment entry are aggressive. They makes me feel unsafe because I've been pulled to the side and asked for money when I've tried to walk away when I did not have cash to give. I try to avoid walking around the outside the building at all cost, especially at night. Overall its a great place to live. Move in process could be easier, utility package relationship with service could be better, and safety around the exterior entry could be better. In relation to the aggressive homeless people, that maybe part of city living and may be expected. I would prefer to not be grabbed by people I do not know and panhandled.

Best place in Birmingham to live. Everything you need is in easy walking distance. The sunset views are unbelievable. Shopping, parks, and nearby food are all first class. Simply stop in and see for yourself.
