So far so good. I would have liked to known that the front and back doors did not come with curtains or blinds when I moved in. Overall the staff has been very friendly and helpful. So far this has been a great transition.

Great community with a great staff. The attached garages are a real plus and the individual units are nicely layed out and appointed with wonderful kitchens and very usable bathrooms with spacious showers.

Townhomes are nice and new with reasonable prices. Only downside is that there aren't any amenities. Would love to have a pool and dog park at least. Otherwise quiet and clean area. Staff does respond quickly!

It isa beautiful and quiet place to live everyone is so welcoming and friendly . It's a nice area for families especially with children and animals as well. They are very active especially when it comes to special events and holidays .

There are a great number of pet owners in this area. A good portion of them will clean up after their pets, but there are still quite a few that do not. Management does respond to complaints, but some don't seem to get the message to clean up after their pets.

Community is super nice! The manager is awesome and people are really polite. Everything is always kept up in great condition, they are very responsive and willing to work with you. A lot of neighbors have dogs (which is great). Quite and docile community, i would highly recommend it!

everything happened very quick and very easy. The process was quick and simple. Alondra was awesome. everything went really well. I was very pleased with how things turned out. It is an amazing community if I had to recommend any community to live in, it would most definitely be Allier foley or any of the LMS apartments. My neighbors are amazing and made new friends also. Goes with that saying if you need sugar or flour you can ask your neighbors.

It's very quiet & I like that. There's a lot of dogs, which is also great. It would be nice to have a dog park & a pool, maybe a gym on site. There are too many apps. Bridgette is awesome & Daily was awesome to come out & take care of the majority of my issues, being that it was my first day in the home.

These homes are exceptional for an apartment. They have so many amenities that other places do not have. I have top of the line appliances, large shower, 3 water taps outside the home, attached garage, a charging station for an electric car in my garage and also being a smart home.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The maintenance workers are always on task if you have an issue, and they are very respectful of your home. The home is so well done. The appliances are all top-of-the-line. They also have partnered with a company to help you pay your rent and split payments if that is something that you require. It just seems that they have thought ahead for the consumer more so than the other companies that I have encountered.
