Absolutely Horrible, Horrific, Unhealthy, Death Trap

NO MAINTENANCE DEPT , NO MANAGEMENT , NO REGIONAL MANAGER, NO CORPORATE

They never return calls,texts or emails, even while they briefly have a manager and a regional manager ... that's a joke within itself also. Nothing ever gets repaired unless there is water running out of your ceiling. Then , they don't fix it... they make a call to a water restoration team. Had holes in my ceilings and walls for a year and a half, after multiple requests, never fixed. My HVAC was literally flowing thru the holes. Dishwasher never worked, despite multiple requests. When you would contact their corporate office, they would hardly respond either. When they would respond, the regional manager would put you on her black ball list, chastise you for contacting corporate and then make sure that nothing you needed fixed, got fixed. Also had 2 pools, never in my 3.5 years were the pools available to tenants, other than maybe a month or two, one summer. ALWAYS paying your rent on time or even early, doesn't help on anything where this place is concerned. I HATE THAT I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PIT.

Wow bad ever!!! Disgusting place also the management is coward and liars. Unsafe,disrespectful,unhelpful and harassment. Residents don't have any respectful. Unfortunately this property look like abandoned!

This property is poorly maintained! Grass is only cut once a month and never weed eated or bushes trimmed. Kids have to worry about snakes due to the grass and no snake away put down or anything like that. Crazy man lives.on property doesn't like kids and is a threat but management says they can't do anything about it.. But will lease violate you for something small. Only one maintenance man so.things don't get done very quickly,,, on.his watch. Pools are suppose.to be.separate with the "adults" having shaded areas and a bathroom " family" pool doesn't have either witch makes no sense. 3 managers in 2 yrs.... So far, not impressed with new one who's not even finished moving in. Window leaks when it rains and they can't seem to fix it and can hear people walking or drying cloths if you live on bottom. Inside looks.decent , if you live here its the best place to be! Rent is.a.good.price but you get what you pay for.

Moved in 3 yrs. Ago the large fitness center is a joke its small and nothing has worked ever. The laundry facilities were nasty the first 2 yrs. The putting green is a slab of concrete with a hole in the middle..no grills for cooking and the pools are supposed to be adult and then family.the manager does not keep them seperate..but other than that not a bad place to live..I push everyone I can away from here

Beware! If you keep your apartment and area clean,follow all the rules,pay all your fees and deposits, pay your rent on or before due and have a profeshional cleaner to clean when you move out. You may not get your deposit back. No response from management or owners. Is this a way to do business?

Great Place

We love it here. My kids can play on the playground and the pools are great. Nice, well maintained apartments at a good price. I have recommended Peppertree to many people.

Love Peppertree!

My family has lived here since April 2011 and we could only be happier if it was free! The management bent over backwards to get us in on very short notice! The maintenance here is absolutely wonderful! All our maitenance requests have been not only handled the same day but within an amazingly short amount of time! Most of our neighbors are very nice and this is definitely a place for kids! We absolutely love it here and are going to miss everything about Peppertree only if/when we purchase a home! We haven t seen or had any of the things in the other, more negative reviews. We are actually trying to talk other members of family and our friends into moving here as well! Thanks Peppertree!

Great place

I enjoy my Pepper Tree apartment. the staff is really nice and always greets my children with a smile. The complex is a great place for the kids to play, the apartments are spacious, and the people are nice. What more could I want.

Nice Home

My family has been happy with the accommodations and service we have received at Pepper Tree. Their have been some minor maintenance issues, to be expected, but they were fixed in a jiffy.

Family friendly

My children love it here. It is close to shopping and the school bus comes right to the parking lot. I have never had a problem. The office staff are helpful and friendly.

this place is great if you like front row seats to a fun filled day of drug dealing, theft of property,and other activities you should ask the manager for extra locks on the door, ohh cant forget the termites!!!!also ask the manager about the nightly visits from the G.S.P.D. the complex is going broke so they let any trash off the street in.
