Quite Impressed!

I toured Constellation and I was quite impressed! It is hands down one of the best properties in Huntsville. The staff is terrific, helpful, and friendly. The building quality and decor is wonderful as well.

Such beautiful apartments!

I absolutely love living at Constellation. It is such a prime area in Huntsville, I feel like I am close to everything Huntsville has to offer! The staff is so nice and friendly, they truly make this feel like a community and even a home.

Nice community with caring staff

A very nice complex with a caring staff that make the experience of living here very easy to deal with. The events they have are always fun and all the people who live here are always very friendly and helpful.

Best Decision!

When I accepted a job in Huntsville I toured every community, and there are a lot of options. Constellation stayed at the top of my list because the team was warm and professional. Well, after living here a few months, I can say that dedication and kindness is genuine. The team truly cares and the location is the best in the city. This is the best community.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, who do their best to make this a pleasant community!. On the whole, the residents are pleasant. There is however an issue with dog feces remains (from an insufficient collection of accident area) remaining uncleaned, with smeared brown masses remaining on the hallway carpets in multiple areas for weeks - Yuck!!! Maybe, the carpet should be replaced with washable flooring, and cleaning staff check for fecal remains regularly, since some residents won't clean up after their dogs ??. Definitely a smell issue invloved with this problem too.

Excellent amenities and great office staff. The rental rate is appropriate for the quality of the property. Location is good and convenient to downtown and the VBCC. Noise can be a problem due to proximity to train and fire dept

Bathroom sink fix

Johnny responded to my maintenance request in a timely manner. He successfully got new bathroom sink fixtures. The old ones was needing a replacement and I am glad this was taken care of sooner than later!

The location of Constellation apartments is ideal to access to downtown and the events there. The management staff of Hali and Kaylie is exceptional. They are kind and quick to solve any issues. There are events every month or so which allows new and old residents to meet and mingle. Various outdoor spaces allow one to enjoy the sun. The is even a dog park for fur babies! We are throughly enjoying our time here and will probably renew.

Constant dog issues from neighbors neglecting animals. Office notified and never did anything about it. Security on sight NEVER answers to calls and responds, in fact, when you call the actual police, the police will notify you that "this is the fifth time someone has called telling us that Constellation's security officers don't answer the emergency line." Don't bother leaving security a voicemail either - they will not answer to that. Frankly, I don't understand why we have them if they are not going to do their job. This place is flying by the seat of their pants and it's very apparent to those who have lived at other places.

Love Living Here

Love living close to everything downtown. It not only is a good location, but it has the most helpful staff, beautiful amenities, and a true sense of community. The team goes above and beyond, and the apartment is beautiful.

Great community, amenities and staff. I think that the people that own and work at this community really care about the people that live here. Things are kept clean and working. Maintenance is very fast to respond to complaints as well.

The building and amenities are very nice. There are periodic activities and get togethers that are a lot of fun. Location is close to downtown and Big Spring Park. Apartments are a bit on the small side with very little storage space. But if you don't mind that it's a great place to live.

EXCELLENT!

Manager and leasing agent are excellent. Couldn't have gone wrong with the new Manager. She is outstanding. Excellent communication. Follows through. Throwing great resident events that brings us all together and gives a chance to meet our neighbors. Maintenance has had a transition losing one person but the Maintenance supervisor is holding it together gracefully. I see the Manager helping out in that aspect as well. Luxury living. All amenities could want or need downtown. Great Location.

Completion of maintenance requests have been slow. Smoke alarms go off a lot. Elevators seem to be out often. We've had problems with the community use grills. We've had standing water in the hallways from pipes/bathroom lines being backed up from floors above us. I've sent several communications to the front office about issues and never get a response back that they've received it or are looking into the concern. Trash room and outside trash cans are full over the weekends.

my experience has been positive. The management is responsive to my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are or kept well and ample parking is available. Each resident is offered a place in the parking garage for a minimal price RV park free and open parking.

Overall we have really enjoyed our time here. The accommodations are nice and for the most part everything is well maintained. We have enjoyed the community monthly functions that enable us to get to know our neighbors in the apartment complex. We have one major concern, people don't pick up after their pets. The staff tries very hard to get the residents to do it but unfortunately it does not get done like it should. The complex provides pet bags and waste cans.

Great place to live. Between the quality of both apartments & shared spaces, the near-downtown location, the staff's hard work to maintain a nice community, and a great maintenance/upkeep team, it feels like such a luxury experience to live here. Even more so when compared to similar price points in the area. I will note that apartments that face the parkway get some road noise, but you can choose others or get used to it easily.

When I first visited Constellation, I was literally just like wow. It's so beautiful and modern and open, which are all things that I was looking for in an apartment. The inside of the building looks like a beautiful hotel!! The pool area is beautiful! The rooftop area is beautiful!! The gathering area is beautiful!!! The workout space is beautiful!! It's something you really have to see for yourself! I'm so happy to be residing here!

This building is at a great location, right in the heart of Downtown Huntsville. The building is clean and the employees that work here are wonderful. The only problem that I do have is that, when I get off the elevator. I smell illegal smoke. Other then that, a wonderful place to live.

Please do a walkthrough of the halls to listen for expired smoke alarm batteries. Lots of the empty apartments have them chirping, which seems like a potential safety hazard. Maybe they wouldn't be doing that if you hadn't used the cheapest available batteries

I like the new place as well as location. Amenities are very nice as well. I think safety and security is a big issue. Our complex feels like a pass through for homeless community as well as car thieves. The parking is bad too if you're on a certain side of building

Great experience! This is a quiet community located in good proximity to VBC and the downtown Huntsville area. I've never had any issues with anyone in this community, and there's always something to do downtown.
