No community engagement. No maintenance requests ever taken seriously. The gym is always in rough condition. This place feels very "bare bones". Nobody seems to really care. It's impossible to communicate with a real person via email or on your website. There doesn't seem to be any insulation in the walls because my utilities cost more more than a home 3 times the square footage. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is a great community but the communication with the office needs work. The ladies are wonderful it's just upper management. I do enjoy my stay here. We need bulk pickup or at least a bulk area. That's the only thing that's missing. When we move or have Christmas trees we have no one to come get it or pick it up.

It is nice to have only one common wall as opposed to most apartments. It is also nice to be able to park at your front door. I must like it because I have stayed for over 3 years. I would highly recommend it.

This is Quiet neighborhood, I moved here in September. Had a few minor fixes at the beginning but other than that I have been good ever since. Be patient with maintenance , it's only one person. Really no complaints other than closet space.

The community is nice and quiet with friendly staff. The apartments themselves are very nice with marble countertops and a tub in one bathroom. There's no noise in the neighborhood and everyone is very friendly.

Relatively independent structure is good (ie. Duplex). Quiet neighbors are also a plus. Gated community is nice and no problem in package delivery so far. Relatively affordable rental price and nice landscaping especially flowers in the front of the apartment. Convenient garbage service.

Great location and having a driveway/yard space is amazing, but that is the only great thing about this place. All the amenities like the pool and small fitness center are at the front, meaning you have to walk a bit or drive to use them. Not much of a community feel to it, think everyone does their own thing. Biggest issue is the staff, I honestly don't know what they do all day except for maintenance. They messed up my renters insurance so I paid for two policies for a year, they generally aren't responsive to questions or concerns, and set obnoxious policies like $25 fines for leaving your trashcan out late. Overall this place is only good if you intend to be really self sufficient and don't care about amenities (the gate has worked for a collective 2 months between July 2023 and September 2025)

It's been ok. a few issues, I am a very clean person and I feel there are rodents/pests in the walls. I keep finding bugs around my living space it's gets annoying because I feel there is an infestation that can not be seen visibly. The second thing there is no grass in the community it's nothing but piles of dirt, when I see landscaping coming I'm like what are they cutting there is no grass. Building structure, some parts of the building interior/exterior are falling apart, it makes you think who approved the buildings safe for people to move in.

The walls between the neighboring houses are thin, and the soundproofing is terrible, so you can hear everything and there is no privacy. There are many gaps in the structure of the house, making it easy for pests to get in.

My experience has been great. Been here 3 years although I maintenance is sometimes a bit weird. My overall experience has been fine. I love the fact of yard space and no one living on top of me or under me.

Apartments are nice wish the bathrooms was a little bigger but overall nice I love the two car driveway that you have some of them do not have back screen doors that's one thing I wish they had but overall nice quiet love it

In all the years that have lived here, the gate has rarely worked. No grass in front of house. Neighbors don't know how to pick up after pets. Neighbors are unfriendly. For what we pay in rent, these apartments aren't worth the cost.

I've been here for a few months and I absolutely love it! It's safe, quiet, clean, and in a great location. The staff was so nice and helpful when I moved in, and maintenance responded quickly to some small repairs that were needed.

It's quiet here, and there's little interference from other people, so it's nice to be able to spend time in privacy. However, the neighbors are very close, so the yard is narrow and it's difficult to have a BBQ. There are no communication issues, but it's a very comfortable stay.

The quality of the apartments themselves, the amount of bugs, and the lack of a clean, quality gym make the price barely justifiable. The office staff as well as maintenance have been great. They are a strong redeeming factor

I love ow quiet it is here, everyone seems to be pretty respectful. Blake from facilities is a one man team and he does a great job responding to any issues that arise. The front gates never work but I actually prefer that because its a pain getting in and out when they are working

Nothing short of amazing! Community is gorgeous, apartments are the best and the staff is pretty amazing! Convenient to everything yet, feel as if your tucked away! Would recommend to anyone! You won't regret it!

Horrible Property (Grounds Dirty)

Gate is broken, lights on property never work so the property is dark, dog stations are always full and dog droppings everywhere on property. The property has fleas and the dog park gates are broken. Staff doesn’t answer and calls never go to them. Landscaping - no water it’s broken as well!
