The nightmare at Indian Creek

My experience with this establishment was excellent until the arrival of the new management. The current manager demonstrates poor customer service skills, consistently escalating situations rather than de-escalating them. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, -5/10. I also noticed a lack of organization in handling account matters, such as adding water bills to rent statements, which often creates unnecessary confusion and places undue responsibility on the customer. I highly recommend speaking with Alaina, who exemplifies outstanding customer service. It would be beneficial for the current manager to receive training on effective communication and proper customer interaction

We rented an apartment at Sanctuary by Indian Creek as temporary quarters after an international move. We were told the apartment would be one story and have a fenced yard for our dogs. Upon arrival, we discovered it had neither. No other units were available so we were stuck. We cancelled our additional reservation as we found somewhere else to stay that was more suitable for our needs. We were told we could cancel with just two days notice. Despite cancelling our remaining reservation, our credit card was charged over $4000. We have been calling repeatedly to have the charge reversed. Despite being told that would happen, it still has not been reversed. The parent company of the complex is The Landing and they have repeatedly lied to us throughout this process.
