This community has had a lot of ups and downs. The houses are very spacious and quiet. We had trouble with leaks and plumbing issues and continue to have those issues as time goes on. Communication is decent, but it can be difficult to get things worked on in these new houses since they are under warranty. Neighbors can always be a toss up no matter where you live, but we have had difficulties with our neighbors moving our motorcycle and attempting to get it towed. There also is not enough overflow parking. The driveways are nice when they are not incredibly steep.

    It's been a great place to live. Tucked away from busy areas of town, but very close to anything you would need. The townhomes have nice finishes, good sized master bedroom, and spacious garage. The landscaping and grounds keeping is great. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Not the greatest parking and there could be more for when guests come to visit. There should be more dumpsters spaced throughout, but the valet trash service makes up for that. All in all, would definitely recommend to anyone who was looking to rent a townhome.
