I lived here from 2021 and I love it here cause it was not far away from the school !!so right now I got a new thing like new everything at the apartment so good and fresh..but now it's different rent amount now ??.. I do love cleaning everywhere in this apartment I clean from long time ago

    I pay the same amount for my 400 sqft basically studio apartment that my partner pays for a 2 bedroom, 1200 sq ft apartment. I only moved in here due to needing a place quickly. I would never ever move in here again, I have had nothing but issues. The new management company is much better though, hopefully going forward things improve.

      I've been here for 8 months. Nice apartment. Good neighbors. Close to downtown. Staff has been helpful. Maintenance keeps the place looking good. For the most part it's quiet. Overall it's a great place to live.

        I feel good todo est? muy bien people around very respectful ,also it's very safe cops are around all the time , creo yo es algo muy bueno para la comunidad,i en las noches est?s muy tranquilo tambi?n, i use to stay out of my apartment around 3am and everything feel safe out

          Quiet little area, right downtown so easy access to the fun, and easy access to most places. Apartments being maintained nicely with the new owners. Family oriented, kids live here and near. Lots of progress being done.
