This was a great apartment. The management and maintenance team work hard and respond to needs in a very timely manner. The facilities are well maintained. The pool and fitness room are nice amenities and well maintained. From move in to move out, the staff was helpful.

I am over all very happy here. the outside is well maintained and clean. the pool area is nice and I've never had anything but positive experiences with the staff and management here. My only small complaint would be that the stairwell area in not cleaned well.

The move in process was very easy, which was appreciated. The property is beautiful and has a nice dog park and pool and gym. Which are all nice amenities to have. My one complaint is that the price is too high for what you get. There are too many structural and plumbing issues for this property to be as expensive as it is. But other than that there are no complaints and it is a nice place to live.

Awful. Neighbors above me are always too noisy. Even with thin floors they could still not stomp like gorillas and be considerate. They quieted down a little bit after the announcement a few months ago to watch the noise. Nowhere to hangout outside wish there was a balcony. Not even a sidewalk to walk anywhere to. Feel like I'm being watched 24/7 by all my neighbors (also they are liars and blame things on me (supposedly a marijuana smell? Probably why I'm being watched ?? Maybe super strong inscents i burned. Won't do that again, never smoked a day in my life. I will definitely not be re leasing this apartment come September. September cannot come fast enough. Thanks ?? staff and maintenance are top notch. This is not directed towards them.

The Reserves at Tontitown consistently fails to respond to phone calls, and the office is frequently closed. Despite its attractive property, this community would greatly benefit from improved onsite management in order to achieve a 5-star rating.

It's a great apartment with good neighbors. The Property Management and maintenance staff are extremely welcoming and very down to earth. They provide excellent response times and always available for any concerns residents may have. They provide numerous actives and opportunities to help residents and they're family members establish a great sense of community and that they are a part of it. Extremely happy to call this place home

People still leave dog poop around, let trash blow out of their trash cans and into "yards". Kids will cut between duplex "yards". Maintenance takes forever to work on things because of low staffing. Getting charged $140 fee when the pool is closed 8 months out of the year is dumb. Our heater still hasn't been fixed and will freeze up this winter.

Arrived here at the end of COVID. I knew the area pretty well since I had 2 daughters that attended U of A. The apartments are nice & new and clean! They are also pet friendly. The area is starting to grow & the traffic first thing in the morning has made me learn the back roads to work. The New staff is nice and helpful!! The Cost going up is tough on a single person.

For the most part, it has been a pleasant experience. I am currently experiencing my air conditioning being broken and they have not treated this issue as an emergency maintenance request. This previously happened less than two weeks ago and it took them over a week to get someone out to fix it. It is not working again and they have yet to get it fixed.

Everything has been pretty smooth here. My only wish is that maintencence would come around and blow all the trash and bugs from the stairways and walkway areas. It makes it for a dirty walk to my apartment.

I love this little community. The staff is kind. Maintenance does a great job in a timely manner. The manager, Sherry is always welcoming and helpful. Kira is a sweetheart. The grounds are well kept and I have wonderful neighbors. I highly recommend The Reserve at Tontitown.

Very laid back and friendly community. Don't care for how often maintenance has to come into my apartment, feels like it's every month. Also there's mold from rain/water damage that's trying to be covered up.

This apartment/duplex community is very pet friendly. There are wonderful amenities - pool, workout room, and a very well kept dog park. The grounds have beautifully manicured lawns, trees and flowers. Maintenance is on the ball, if you ever have a problem. Love this place.

This location has been an okay experience. The apartments are cheaper than you can get anywhere nowadays for not being too bad. My biggest complaint would be that the staff does not communicate well. There was an unsolved water leak before moving into our apartment that was supposed to be fixed before we moved it. They did not fix it for over a month AFTER we had already been moved in. This caused the issue of bugs in the apartment that we were told pest control would come to our apartment to spray the following Monday, but they ended up coming two weeks after the said they would. Overall, the issues have been solved but just poor communication.

From the office to maintenance everyone has been extremely nice. I have not had any problems. The grounds are well kept. There is a nice pool and grilling area. Also, there is a workout area. The maintenance crew is good about making sure there is no trash on the roads or areas.

Great community close to everything. Only downfall is my vehicle has been broke into once and attempted to another time in the 6 months I've lived here. Also had someone steal fuel out of my vehicle. I wish they had more cameras around the property.
