There are many problems, primarily with the office and staff. Treatment is pretty impersonal at best and unprofessional at worst. Too many owners over the years and too many issues with new owners not caring about the existing tenants.

This place has been through so many owners in the time I've been living here, and it's made quite a few issues over the years. I appreciated it when the owners actually let your rent build equity towards owning your own home one day but those owners left a long time ago. Now there are going to be new owners again soon, so God only knows how and if things will improve or get worse.

There have definitely been times when I thought I had enough with living here, but that was with other management or ownership. Avana has made a concerted effort to improve living here, but they still have things they could improve.
