We really liked living at Avana for the quietness, cleanses, nice community. Location is great, mall, restaurants, lots of stores! Nice location to freeway, and the I10. Easy access to a lot of great events.

We just love living here. The staff and community are great! We are close to shopping and dinning, close to work. We have the best maintenance staff ,they are fast, knowledgeable,friendly. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. We love are new place !

We love our new home! Its very peaceful here, everyone is very nice. The staff is so nice to deal with. We would recommend our family and friends to live here ! The complex is very clean, the residents here keep their areas clean.
