We continue to have issues with packages delivered to both our door and the parcel room. With paying $27 per month for the service, it should not be an issue. Issues that are reported are only followed up on part of the time. That is usually if I call back to see if there is an update. The restrooms in the office/gym/pool area are sometimes locked and often out of toilet paper. The gym is frequently out of wipes to use to wipe down equipment.

Every time we call the office we are told someone will call us right back with an answer, even if it is what days they are open during a holiday. We never get a call back. The grounds crew is very noisy and the grounds look just OK for all the time and noise. There are dead trees. They seem to trim one shrub and skip the next. We have had many people come to our door and several right into our home, thinking we are the leasing office. It is not very safe. Besides the noise from Chandler Blvd. everyone honks their horns to lock their cars regardless of the time of day or night. There are areas of the parking lot that are pretty dark when I am out walking my dog.
