DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We have had nothing but issues the entire time (almost 4 years) we have lived here. Their rent is cheaper than most, granted. But as soon as the market comes down, we are out of HERR ASAP!!

We are not very happy here. It's fairly quiet. Our apartment was half-assed renovated. Things have literally fell apart in our hands. The landscapers have damaged one of my vehicles and the office was no help when I brought it the their attention. Landscapers eill not blow the dirt and leaves off your vehicles. We have had an issue with our front door and we still have issues with it. Our shower bottom has cracked 4 times and flooded the downstairs bathroom and put a hole in the ceiling. When we moved in, our unit was filthy. Living here hasn't been a fun journey. If things were not half-assed around here, it might be recommendable, but right now, we would have to say, STAY AWAY.
