I have lived in 5 different states and 7 different communities in United States. This is worse community I ever seen. I am regretting my decision to choose this community. They don't care about resident maintenance requests even emergency request (Toilets). We have kids and we have some cloths everyday to clean and dry. Now we have to go outside for laundry, this wasting of time and money. That is very frustrating.

Maintenance is horrible in this site, so much frustrating, nothing happen after multiple call and office visit. Even they don't care about emergency services. They took 3 months to fix my both blocked toilets. They gave us bad dryer and we have been trying to get fix dryer for 8 months.

Poor maintenance, they took months to fix emergency maintenance. They close maintenance request without fixing even maintenance staff does not appear in apartment. After multiple follow-up nothing change.

They took 1 month to consider maintenance after multiple emails, phone calls, office visit, I used their online portal to submit requires, They did not fix all issue and they closed all without our confirmation. I understand they have low staff but 1 month too much. I got broken equipment (dryer) when I moved in, I have already mentioned that in inspection form. That dryer still not fixed.
