Staff is friendly but the poor maintenance service has a taking its toll on us. We&rsquo;ve had issues with our dryer from the very beginning and now it&rsquo;s been 3 weeks without a dryer and we&rsquo;re not even allowed to get our own because it violates our lease. At this point we need a new one but I don&rsquo;t see that happening. It&rsquo;ll likely just be another patch job that won&rsquo;t work. We&rsquo;re frustrated.

VERY BAD PLACE DON&#39;T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR PROBLEMS!!!

We only lived there 2-3 months then broke our lease because of non stop problems. we had 3 floods in 10 days. We could not even keep our baby there because it was to dangerous. The office and the &#34;NEW&#34; manager told us they could not pay for any of the M-power of ours that they used for their big industrial fans they would put in the rooms under the carpets after each flood. Then they told us we HAD to pay for the water damage that was caused. They also would leave water in the carpets and under appliances to the point that we had to move things to clean our tile because their carpet guy NEVER cared enough to remove water. THEN THEY TOLD US THAT &#34;MOLD WONT GROW INSIDE THE WALLS UNLESS IT HAS BEEN RUNNING WATER FOR 3 DAYS IN A ROW&#34; We agreed to move apartments and stay in our lease until they said &#34;We cant allow that&#34;. All of this stress that this caused made us have the fire dept. come and take me to the ER many (9 times) and each time the doctor said my issue was cause by the stress.

There was a LARGE amount of standing water in front of our place and cause my bugs and once again could not have our baby there for health reasons.

INSANE PRICES FOR THE PROBLEMS. THEY SHOULD OF PAID US TO STAY THERE. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

After living here about a year and a half I have to say that this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. When I moved in there was no shower head, and standing water in kitchen. There are always young kids smoking marijuana in the courtyards. The office goons never seem to have any time to listen to you. When something goes wrong (My A/C breaking down, My dishwasher breaking, My living room flooding etc.) They never have time to come fix anything that is broken, but they always have time to come down and tell me that if I don&apos;t remove my kids outdoor toys from my patio then I will be fined. Last week one of the tiles actually fell off the roof and smashed on the ground feet from my son. I had told them about the loose tile almost 6 months ago. I strongly urge everyone to go somewhere else, anywhere else. Try Countrybrook I lived there for 5 years and never had a problem.

The back patio is large extra space for my grandson&apos;s toys storage place for my Christmas stuff apartment has lots of room come and see take a tour you would love the dog park if you have a pet I thought my two bedroom two bath with washer and dryer apartment

The previous review is correct. I will go farther. The appliances are almond in color from 1981 and make loud noises. It takes 20 minutes to boil water for pasta. Microwave is smaller than a toaster oven. Toilet didn&apos;t flush. No one came to fix it so I did it myself. Some genius decided to silicone the outlet covers to the wall WITHOUT tightening the outlet to the wall, so what you have plugged in falls out. Handy in the middle of the night and can&apos;t turn on a lamp. Tub is plastic and someone spray painted to bottom including the drain cover so it is impossible to get clean. Someone used a DIY refinishing kit on the kitchen counters leaving a sand like finish. You go to clean it off & discover it is the finish. They close out repair tickets. The office staff is nasty just like the other apartments managed by Greystar. They tried to charge me more than my lease from the previous owners. You pay for water trash and some other items they cannot explain. There are boxes for packages delivered by the post office, but they are not used because the complex has not given the post office permission to re-key /fix them. Ceiling fan in the living room, none in the bedroom.

I lived in apartment #1150 for two years and recently moved out on May 26, 2020. On op of the fact that they are keeping the $250.00 security deposit I received a bill of $469.26 for damages that were present upon move in. I&apos;ve sent emails, left voicemails and have yet to be able to speak to anyone over the phone regarding the issue. I&apos;ve forwarded emails that were sent upon move in that show the terrible conditions that were present upon move in including the damages that I am now being charged for. I expressed that the previous management team at that time completed the move in checklist without me present (which is also voiced in the emails). The forwarded photos attached in the emails show that the apartment wasn&apos;t even cleaned when we moved in and now I am being charged a $91.35 cleaning fee! I left the apartment in better condition than when I got it because I actually took the time to clean it. The management declined to do a final walk through due to COVID-19. After two weeks of calling the Avana Chandler and Greystar management I received an email from Sabrina Holland with Greystar Receivables removing the $203.00 damages to the tub charge but, &quot;per the apartments, the other charges stand.&quot; I also keep getting the run around and have not been shown any proof of these alleged damages. Also while living here there was evidence of a rat after it chewed through a food container. The rat carried ticks into the home and management wouldn&apos;t take care of the issue until I caught the rat and personally delivered the tick infested rat to their desk two weeks later.

My daughter moved into her apartment with it looking like this. When she went to pick up her keys she found that is was not clean. Urine stains on the carpet and feces on the walls. Numerous items that should have been fixed. This is CONSUMER FRAUD. This should have never been rented out. When confronting the office staff with the pictures she was told it would be cleaned. If you have this same experience with them contact the Arizona Attorney General&apos;s Office Consumer Fraud Department and file a complaint. This corporation needs to be under legal scrutiny.
