Living here at Alta Rise has been an absolute DREAM!! Anthony made it super easy from day one. Everytime I come home, I feel like I'm driving up to a fancy hotel. Everyone is respectful and I have had no noise issues with neighbors. Maintenance is FAST and will get things done same day, usually. It will be so hard to leave here when the day comes. I looked at a lot of other places before deciding on Alta Rise. I don't regret it at all and highly suggest coming in to take a tour of the property if you are looking for your next home! You will NOT be disappointed!

Beautiful and comfortable apartments thats nice and quite the leasing staff are really friendly and do a outstanding job, the amenities here are amazing, I absolutely love my new home super convenient and very relaxing here

We have had a wonderful experience living at Alta Rise within this first month and have enjoyed all the residents amenities and features our apartment has to offer! The leasing agents made it a terrific experience that really swayed my decision a the leasing process was very simple and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend the complex to others in search of a new home!

Alta Rise has amazing maintenance members which cannot be said about most apartment complexes. The community here is great and the complex is in a prime location. I have definitely recommended to friends and family members looking for apartments to check out Alta Rise.

Nice complex, I haven’t had any problems. Parking has been good, the building is quiet, and people are nice. The only complaint is the dog poop everywhere, but I understand that’s not at the fault of the complex.

This has by far the easiest move in process out of any apartment I have lived in. Everyone on site is kind and helpful. Walked us step by step on signing the lease to moving in. Even after moving in there was someone there to answer our questions.

It is a great experience. Clean and very professional staff. Noise can be a bit better but overall it’s a great place to live. It was very easy to apply and front staff were very helpful. Unit are clean and modern, I enjoy living here and being part of this community.

I just moved into Alta Rise a few weeks ago. I watched it being built and then saw it all come together and wanted to move there for a while. I finally made my decision and it was great value for the price the area and it was perfect for my pets. Anthony was super helpful and so was his co worker Arlo. I love seeing them in the leasing office they made me feel at home the moment I walked in. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move to Gilbert AZ. I have lived in the east valley for over 8 years and this is my favorite place I have lived so far.

The best tour I've been on the entire month!

[Incentivized Review] From the moment I walked in, Alta Rise completely wowed me. The property is beyond perfect, spotless, and even smelt amazing. I was warmly welcomed by Arlos, Anthony, Sarah, and Bri, and it was the first time I’ve ever met an entire office team during a tour â€” such a great experience! A huge shoutout to the maintenance staff for keeping everything pristine. The luxury pool and cabanas are stunning, and the Speakeasy Room and Sky Deck are truly one of a kind. I also love that there are monthly resident events to bring everyone together. I left my tour feeling so impressed and can’t wait to call Alta Rise home. This community truly sets the bar for luxury living!

the maintenance guy is awesome, but trying to get help with anything else feels like I'm bothering the office people. Also I was told when moving in, the internet speed was going to be 1G and I am getting 250mb at most.
