LIV NORTHGATE has improved by leaps and bounds over the years as the new management and leasing agents came on-board. Katie, Tina, Radiance all so beautiful, compassionate, professional and efficient. Liv is like living at a resort!!

The maintenance staff is always outstanding! Repairs are taken seriously and readily handled, often the same day that the request is made. Living at Liv Northgate is like living at a resort. You have everything you need!

Finally, the BEST property manager!!! Katie is absolutely GREAT! And the maintenance team continues to be stellar; always prompt, professional and thorough. They take great care of the property It is truly like living at a resort.

The maintenance staff is exceptional! I can always have repairs completed in a timely and efficient manner and the guys are very polite and professional. The office staff and management could use some work on their friendliness and customer service.
