Don't come to this apartment. Way too many birds. So you know what that means. It's happened once to me already. Grounds aren't picked up very well. Paint is needed throughout community. They no longer heat back pool, so front pool gets crowded. If a plant or tree dies or is damaged it doesn't get replaced unless it's in the front of the property. Pet owners do a pretty good job picking up after pets. Unfortunately not all do

Smells like cow crap at night. You won't be able to keep your window open when it's nice out. Staff are nice in the office. You will be able to hear your neighbors it's almost like they're in the next room. Rent is a bit high. They could drop the price about 100.00 to make it more of a value for what your getting.

Thank you for your review. The farm land will soon be disappearing with the rapid growth happening in Gilbert. I hope you will enjoy all we have to offer and the great amenities. Yes our rents maybe higher but that's because we offer and upkeep everything, I notice other communities may or may not have or offer as much. To my knowledge Liv communities are the only smoke-free communities in the Valley. Our 24 hr. amenities with business center, fitness center, saltwater pools and coffee bar along with the hub club room and game room surpasses the competition. A lot of times I mention to my customers if you were to put a price on each amenity you could see the value. Even in a new home build granite counters, upgraded cabinets, USB posts, flooring choices, shelves and racking in laundry areas, each ceiling fan, cable outlet etc. have a value.
