We absolutely love LIV! From the amenities to the front office to maintenance, this is an amazing community and we are so thankful to have found this gem. All the staff is courteous, friendly, and most importantly helpful. Maintenance gets completed quickly and correctly the first time. The amenities are kept clean and maintained. Really feels like a resort moreso than an apartment complex.

Great family community with lots of amenities. We enjoy the many pools and the kids love the arcade area. The staff is always courteous and there is a fantastic maintenance team that is quick to respond whenever there is a problem. We love living here!
