I have lived at LIV Northgate for several years now. One of this things I love is that as time has gone on, the newer maintenance staff, whom have always been good, has gotten better. They power wash the stairs and walkways regularly and when asked too. One thing I notice when I go to other apartments is how neglected these areas are and how dirty they become. Additionally, they repairs things very quickly too! As far as the front office, during COVID, they definitely could have been more friendly. One person that has been friendly is Tina the assistant manager I believe. She has always been pleasant to work with.

I generally like living here. From time to time you get a noisy and inconsiderate neighbor. But for the most part i like the building I live in. Lately with covid the younger girls have been rude and not as nice as past employees that work at the office. It is like that a virus is a reason to be rude and impolite to the tenants. Very disappointed to the point where I do not want to go to the office to deal with the girls there ever. That is not to include the manager. She has always been kind and professional.

Overall it has been an good experience living here. They respond to any challenges etc. I have lived here over 4 years now. Love the location and staff. The amenities are fantasic and the area around the complex to exceptional too!
