Wonderful, safe and fun community. The location is perfect for all amenities. The staff and maintenance are friendly and available. The club house is a very nice place to get free coffee and to hang out. The apartment is worth the money.

This is a very good place to live...safe, clean, fun. It really is like living in a resort. The dog park is awesome. Pools are super and clean. The location is close to everything. I recommend you check it out

My experience overall at Liv Northgate is a 4 out of 5. I have always had a listening ear with the front office and they have always tried to help me if needed. The grounds here are great, lots to do and provides a very safe environment. I would recommend this property.
