LIV has been a wonderful experience so far! Clean, fun and friendly! Samantha from the front office is the BEST!!! We love all of the amenities! The basketball court is awesome to have in an apartment.

LIV Northgate has amazing amenities!! Fair warning... at night, outside smells like cow manure. But overall, it's a great community. The apartments are newer. Lots of parking if you have multiple cars.
