From my first contact the entire staff is very friendly. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is happy and feels welcome. The cleanliness of this complex is second to none. I feel like I am on vacation every time I step out my door. If there is a problem the staff is very quick to respond and fix it. I love the smart home features also. The community events are incredible. They are always outdoing your expectations here and I have lived here 6 months already. I love Liv. Best community around

Liv is exceptional from the staff to the cleanliness of the entire property. The social activity's they have are wonderful. Liv makes you fell like we are one big family. I have lived in several apartment communities nothing compares to Liv. It is a great place to call home

My first contact with liv was a pleasure. All my questions were answered. The leasing process was very easy. They made sure all my needs were available to me. I have only been here a short time but everyone is so friendly. They have so many community events. Which is a perfect way to make it one community. I can say this was the best experience. I love the 24 hour amenities.
