it has been good overall. the apartments are really nice, I like the amenities and I like maintainnace is always fast. I like the pool area jacuzzi garden and gym. having to pay for every time a roommate is added for the lease is unnecessary

The only problem I've had so far s trying to add my husband to the lease. He came a month or to after I had already rented the place on my name. They are asking for a month deposit to add his name since I already have a lease and gave no deposit.

So far it has been really great . I enjoy the surroundings . There are a lot of poop in front of my door from the birds and that's something I think they could clean more often. There are sometimes a lot of noise at the pool and some gates that should be lock by the pool going to the office are broken and thus always open that needs to be fixed ASAP for security
