Great community, lots of amenities. Very clean, with incentives for everything. The apartment is very modern with lots of space for storage and everyday living. We love the pools, clubhouse and splash pad areas.

Great amenities, for both adults and children! We love the splash pad and the pool. We don't have pets but love watching others walk with their pets. Staff is professional and easy to work with. We feel like we are on vacation living at Liv Northgate.
