Liv communities are beautiful interior and exterior wise. It truly makes you feel like you are living at a resort. The community is quite and grounds are always well kept. The monthly events they hold are very enjoyable! Definitely would recommend living at any Liv community.

This is my second time renting at LIV Northgate communities. The community amenities are spectacular and the location couldn't be better as it is close to shopping centers as well as access to the freeways. I love Liv apartments and all they have to offer, I would highly recommend to anyone.
