Extremely fun and close knit community. Everyone is always very welcoming. The events held by the complex are fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. I highly recommend LIV Northgate if you are looking for a clean, well maintained and fun community.

Missy at the front office was amazing and helpful as I submitted the application and got ready to move in. The maintenance crew was fast to come and assist with an issue with the AC. They had me back up and running in 10mins. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for amazing amenities and apartments that are extremely luxurious. From application to move in, everyone has been extremely helpful and informative.
