Love living here. I enjoy the community. The staff is great and attends to what is needed. It is peaceful and the community is beautiful with lots of things to do in the area. There are a lot of amenities to use. I love the fact that we have our own mini dog park.

I love living in Gilbert at North LivGate. It is a quiet community near everything. All of The staff is helpful and kind. The community is kept nice and safe. I enjoy the amenities and like taking our dogs for a walk.

We enjoy living here at Liv NORTHGATE??There is so much to do and the apts are cute inside. We also like how helpful the maintenance and staff are. We are so close to everything in Gilbert especially being near the freeway is a must.

Love living here! I love living in Gilbert. The amenities are great and staff is so nice! I like that maintenance is quick to provide service on fixing things. I also like that the office offers a lot of things to do at the Hub and that exercise classes are available.
