The complex feels like a resort. Maintenance takes great care of the property. I love the pools and hot tub, fitness center and we use all the amenities and my kids like participating in the kids club each month.

The complex is in a beautiful area, excellent amenities and activities provided, great location, and I loved the fact that it is promoted as a non-smoking community although several people here smoke weed and been my only ongoing issue since living here for the past 2 years.

Overall we have a great friendly staff and environment. The environment is overall relaxing and fun place to live. My kids love pancake breakfast each month, kids activities and amenities. It's a great location and easy to get around the east valley.

So far my experience is good. Issues I have were listened to and addressed. The Liv is a pet friendly, staff friendly with great amenities and perfect location. I am happy to live here with my girls. Thank you.
