Liv Northgate is a beautifully maintained facility with a lot of unexpected amenities. They have free, open bar happy hours, pancake breakfasts, exercise classes, cooking classes, etc., for all residents and their guests. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always available. I love it here.

So far everything has been amazing. The only downfall is the cow smell a few nights a week. I am told I will get used to it, but for now, yikes! Seriously that is the only issue. The maintenance comes quickly and fix everything promptly! The office staff, especially Missy, Warren & Tina are amazing, super friendly and helpful, and always very welcoming!

I just moved in, but I was moving from Connecticut across the country. The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating/receiving furniture deliveries before I arrived. Every step of the way was smooth and there were no loose ends before, during or after my move in.
