Downward spiral

This complex used to be a great place to live, it has downward spiraled in last several months. Seems the caliber of tenants have decreased tremendously. We have underage drinking in the pool area and is being over ran by ignorant teens who clearly have no parental supervision. It is supposed to be a smoke free complex yet some smoke weed on a regular basis that trails through our door and hallway, increased police activity, and the management is too busy making tik tok videos to gain more tenants then fix the issues that are going on. The management turn over is crazy and Let’s not forget the noise complaints, if you work from home or want to open your patio door, forget it. And if you don’t live on the 3rd floor; you are pretty much doomed as there is not one ounce of noise barrier in these apartments. It’s a beautiful complex that has spiraled down to the ground yet charging an obscene amount of money to live here. There is no one here in evenings or weekends as far as management goes and it’s a free for all. If you do happen to contact management to put in a concern, you get the “Im sorry to hear this” and that’s about it. Yet emails go out regularly to “remind” tenants of community rules without any response of said issues. Can’t enjoy the pools unless you go during business hours or it’s over taken over in evenings, can’t invite friends over to the hub or pools cause it’s overtaken, no extra parking as I’m sure there are multiple families living in one apartment, yet we have to get our dogs poop stamped and pay $400 fee and $45 a month per pet which I can assure you they do not test the dogs poop as it’s all over the place, maybe they should start charging additional people rent!! So, I highly recommend not living here.
