Liv Northgate is AMAZING! The staff is incredible, maintenance is quick, and everyone is friendly. They host many community events and always encourage get together at the Hub (clubhouse). They also provide FREE work out classes multiple days a week, an amazing gym, happy hours, and more!

Liv Northgate is a beautiful community with an emphasis on healthy living. The neighborly feeling vibrates through the entire property, and people are always willing to provide a helping hand. If the community vibe doesn't sell you, all of the incredible amenities and modern apartments will.
