Love this place! Clean community, super quiet. Lots of families and the staff is amazing. Feel safe being here and love the sense of community we feel. Prices are comparable to other properties, but nothing compares to the vibe here. Liv northgate is top notch

Love this community! So clean and the leasing staff is amazing! Can't help but mention how awesome the maintenance staff is as well. They're usually on a request within the hour and never have a problem fixing things. The sense of community we feel living here is such an awesome feeling. Only down side would probably be anywhere you live & that's the thinner floors and walls.

So far so good! We've been here for a week and the maintenance has jumped on every little request within an hour and the leasing office is so sweet! This community really is one of a kind and we are so excited to be here.
