I have enjoyed Liv Northgate. The last four years that I have lived here. It is quiet and I like the large Greenbelt area that separates my buildings from the buildings on the other side of the Greenbelt. Parking is never an issue and the pools are well maintained.My only complaint is that I rarely ever use the awesome amenities in The Hub (clubhouse) because they use so much automatic air freshener in there that it makes my eyes water and my throat sore. Would be very nice if they would dial that down so that I could enjoy that room.

Phoenix-Mesa-AZ-MSA

This is a nice complex. It's quiet and the grounds are well kept. The office staff is courteous and most helpful. The facilities are user friendly. There are wonderful walking trails and paths in and around the complex.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The community is clean and well maintained. My apartment was in excellent condition on move-in day. I am very happy here. After looking at many other less-expensive places, I decided it was worth a little more to live in this community. I do not regret that decision.

I recently moved to Phoenix from New York - a big change. At the very first apartment complex that I looked at, a lady who lived there started talking to me since she noticed my out-of-state car license plates. She said she knew just the place I would like (she had apparently lived there before) and she even followed me there and introduced me to the office manager. My first impression was good but I did my due diligence and looked at numerous communities. While some of them were nice, I like Liv Northgate because it was laid out well, it was not in a crowded area, but it is still close enough to shopping areas. It has more of a "resort" layout. It has the feeling of a gated community but anyone who really wants to get in can do it. The people seem friendly and welcoming. There are regular planned activities at no additional cost. One distinction between Liv Northgate and some other communities is that the business center (really a small room with a couple of computers and a printer - but still nice to have) and the community room (called the Hub) is open to the residents at all times unlike in some communities where the business center and the rec/community room are closed after business hours which is when most people would probably want to use it. You really should come by and check it out. The mandatory fee added to the rent includes Cable TV and Internet access. The Cable TV is just basic channels but the Internet access is fine. I was told that on occasion you will smell cow manure and that is very true - but it is to be expected since the community is practically in the countryside. It is not a deal breaker. In a few years the whole surrounding area is likely to be built up and the cow manure issue will go away. It has been less than a week and I am hoping that the next 51 weeks will be as good. I do recommend this apartment community. How much you like it can depend on how engaged you become in the community. I started on day one. Come join us.

Truly a wonderful community. Tenants and staff are extremely friendly. The amenities are the best I've ever seen and the main reason we chose to rent here. Having a play area / splash pad for kids was a huge factor for us. The Hub, where we can play video games, pool, shuffle board, etc. allows us to do fun things with the kids without having to leave the property. Having a dog park, train access, 24 hour gym, etc. is also a plus.

Absolutely love living at The Liv Northgate.  The office staff is so fun, helpful and friendly. And the maintenance  crew is equally awesome. Four gorgeous pools, splash pad, lots of barbecues, the Hub with two pool tables and game room.

This community is gorgeous and the leasing staff is incredible. They do a wonderful job of always being available to help and answer questions. The maintenance team is the best I've seen anywhere i have lived. Im happy to live here and I don't see myself leaving any time soon!

This is, hands down, the best apartment community I've ever lived in. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the amenities can't be beat - pools, volleyball court, playgrounds, billiards nights - you name it, they've got it. Great mix of families, singles and retirees. Very easy to make friends here. You have people who have moved out come back every week for the activities, just to hang out with friends, Just an awesome place.

Great experience, fresh apartment. A bit disappointed that we still paid full rent for the months we couldn't use all the amenities like gym and pool during the pandemic. Otherwise nice apartment complex, fresh, clean.

It is great until now. I liked the leasing office staff l. They are so friendly all the time. The maintenance work is fast and on time. I liked everything and hope that we will spend happy times in the appartment

Its been amazing. My leasing consultant was more than helpful. After taking an unexpected tour of the complex, I was blown away with the amenities first and foremost. The size of the apartments and patios were appealing to, but what really caught my attention was the amenities. I love the size of the gym. First complex I've ever been to where I don't feel like I need a gym membership, the one we have here is sufficient and awesome. I feel lucky to be surrounded here at live by Fields, it adds to the zero noise Factor. The pools are so nice, it feels like I am at a five-star luxury resort. I had a maintenance work order completed, the worker was very prompt and respectful. He called me right when he was done, left me a message explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it, as well as wrote on my refrigerator magnet for me to come home to.

This community is a great place to live, I love it management,  staff members are the best. I recommend anyone to come and visit the community .nice gym nice amenities.   And when you call the office for maintenance they will be at your door so fast.

My husband and I just renewed our lease for another 14 months because we love the LIV community so much. The property and pools are very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! I have never seen a harder working crew. They are fast, friendly, and do the job right the first time. The resident events are fun and the amenities are the best I've seen anywhere. I would highly recommend LIV to anyone looking for a great community to call home.

My experience at this community has been great considering, we originally moved in within 3 months of the pandemic & they were doing all the precautions accordingly. Missed amenities access originally.

Liv Nortgate is a clean living, community building structured environment that I have not seen before. I am truly impressed and satisfied with the cleanliness and openness to animals that is provided and protected. Definitely an introverts dream living situation. Kids are also respected and appreciated which really helps with building great communities! Great Job! Keep up the wonderful work!
