The complex is starting to show signs of wear. I know there is renovations going on. The service here is exceptional and they respond to requests immediately, Cannot say enough good things about that. If you are looking the only suggestion would be to rquest a renovated unit!

Hate to keep saying the same thing over and over in order to words. However, I have not rented in over 50 years so this is been a great experience for me and I would recommend this community. I love the weather. Have a great day.

I moved here from Colorado. Have not lived in an apartment for over 50 years. I really enjoy this experience. Everyone is always so helpful. Nice not to have to go find a handyman! It would be nice if the pool could be cleaned more often would be my only comment

My daughter lives here. She could not say enough good things about it, so I moved here to be closer to the family and they have not disappointed. Maintenance is extremely quick here. And I am close to a pool area and so far the noise has been mediocre so if anything that would be my only request is that they turn the music down a little bit!

This is my first time living in an apt in 50 years. I am overly picky. This has been the best experience. I love how quick they respond to any request. Have not been here long but so far so good!!

Please understand this is my second time renting in 5 years. Prior to that I always had my own home so I am pretty peticular about what I expected. As I am filling this out, I literally just got here. My moving truck comes tomorrow
