The units themselves are designed well, however they do not stand the test of time. The folks at the office have also been unpleasant at times. The grounds are kept up with the exception of the gates. Overall I do enjoy living here, although the cost is not entirely justified in my opinion.

A welcoming community with beautiful amenities for residents. A free feel with dogs and babies lighting up the grounds and sidewalks. Some moving in and out of tennants, so new faces appearing occassionally. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Grounds well kept. One security gate down for one month. Staff explained the proceedures to repair or replace the broken gate.

I'm very happy at the Canyons. The facilities are beautiful, maintenance and the front office staff are all helpful, efficient, and friendly, and the views are gorgeous. The pool and hot tub, gym, and hiking trail right behind the building is perfect. I did my own research before moving across the country, and signed a lease blindly. I couldn't be happier. You don't hear your neighbors at all either, I saw a few reviews that worried me about that but haven't had a single problem. Housing is not affordable anywhere these days, and I haven't lived here long enough to experience a rent increase, but for now the rent is reasonable for how large my apartment is and the amenities. I highly recommend.

Wonderful place to live the atmosphere is very beautiful, the weather nice you can sit outside and relax in the sunshine or late evening it is very beautiful here at the Canyons. The employees are very friendly. The managers are always there for you, and they are always professional.

Unhappy with new management front office sending a letter for $84 dollars for my apt insurance. New water bill 2 bedroom pay $90 dollars why should I pay for two because I am single my lease up in August and I am moving out

I love this apartment. It's in the middle of a lot of shops and restaurants. Good amenities, nice location, nice management and staff. My only criticism is that the max lease is one year, and price keeps shooting up each year, sometimes more than 100 dollars.

I Loved living here, quiet, never worried about my safety or even being bothered. Pool does close semi frequently and sometimes the valet trash guy is a little picky but overall had a great experience.

Excellent staff and facilities. The place is welcoming and as safe as it looks with a gated environment, close to fine restaurants and the Linda Vista hiking trails. The complex especially makes it convenient for almost daily trash pick up and a maintenance staff that quickly responds to online work/repair requests.

I've lived here for almost three years. The staff are good, neighbors friendly, and the place is safe. Overall, it's a great place to live. Nothing rarely breaks or goes wrong. I don't plan to move any time soon.

management needs to address issues more timely, ground maintenance could be better. Northland seems to be randomly enforcing rules, like no lights on patios and the like living space is great, wish the patios were larger

The management tam does it's best to take care of the tenants. The maintenance team is very responsive to problems. The grounds are very well maintained. The extras like having the Amazon Hub on site is a definite plus for residents.

The Manager Solana Espino are great to deal with. However, it would be nice to have a contact in corporate if you can't get any satisfaction from the office staff. The Maintenance staff is great. When you need them, they are very courteous and resolve your issues quickly. The security here is null after the office closes. We have had only a few instances of trouble since we have been here, but the cliental here has been getting more unsavory looking. The price we now pay is high, in my opinion, and I have seen nothing to justify the increases. Although the grounds are fairly nice, there has been a downturn in the upkeep. Seeing more and more people not picking up after their pets. Again, the manager and the maintenance staff are great.

I love living in this community. The views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular. The exterior grounds are beautiful; the pool and spa area is stunning.! The interior of the apartment is new and therefore clean and beautiful.! There are lots of storage areas. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff is always helpful, friendly and competent. It is a great place to live!

After viewing six apartment complexes in Oro Valley, Arizona, we found The Canyons at Linda Vista Trails. We were given a tour of the apartment community and knew it would be our next home. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of flowering trees, bushes & cacti. The weight room has all the necessary work out machines, different size yoga balls, different weight medicine balls, Free weights and bands. There's a large, gated private dog park. The apartments have generously sized bedrooms, quartz countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms, and have a nice floorplan. However, our Favorite part of living here is having access to the Resort style swimming pool & jacuzzi. Oh, and the Stunning Mountain backdrop. Check this place out, it's a Great place to live.

I have had several issues with people parking in my assigned parking space and the office staff does absolutely nothing to help. The gate key fobs sometimes work and sometimes don't which is frustrating.

Apartment is ok, having to put up with the irresponsible dog owners who refuse to pick up after their dogs and allowing them to bark at all hours is my main issue. Maintenance crew is professional and courteous.

Apartment unit itself has been fine but am not a fan of management. They ALWAYS bump up fees + add new fees and increase rent a lot for lease renewals. They also charge you to a fee to change a light bulb. Management back when I moved in was great, but am not a fan of the current management bumping up prices so much each year.

i love this apartment complex. It is beautiful. The maintenance team are amazing. They are quick and efficient. Work orders get completed in a timely manner. The staff are welcoming, efficient and helpful well except for two occasions where I was giving a lease infraction for having privacy screen in my balcony however there were other residents with privacy screens on the balcony as well. I felt I was discriminated against because these residents still has their privacy screen. The second occasion was when there was miscommunication and they refused to hold themselves accountable for the wrong information they gave me. Apart from those 2 occasions, I love the apartment complex, this is an amazing place to live. It's quiet, the move in process was easy, fast and seamless.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Canyons at Linda Vista has gone downhill since I first moved in back in 2019. The pest control is almost nonexistent, and it takes the company 8 weeks to cycle through the entire property even though their product only lasts 6 weeks so there are a lot of bugs. The dog park is a dust bowl. There is also dog poop everywhere on property, including the sidewalks. The landscaping is only done occasionally and even then, the company does not work on the entire property but rather a quadrant of it per visit. The new smart rent features have had multiple glitches and I know many neighbors who have been locked out of their homes for a time, especially after hours. They nickel and dime you with various fees and the more they charge, the worse the experience seems to be. They're also now requiring a minimum of $300K in liability protection from your renter's insurance.
