he maintenance team at Amavi has been excellent when it comes to handling work orders. Requests are completed in a timely manner, and the staff is always professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They communicate clearly about what needs to be done and make sure the issue is fully resolved before leaving. It’s reassuring to know that any maintenance concerns are taken seriously and handled efficiently. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service and the responsiveness of the maintenance staff.

    Beautiful community and surroundings. Love the home’s finishes and appliances. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to exploring all the community and area has to offer. We’re close to Scottsdale and Phoenix but away enough to be away from the busy-ness.

              Great community. Office staff and maintence staff are great, things get handled quickly. The only reason I gave 4 of 5 on grounds is because the landscape company hasn't been taking care of the weeds that haven't been puked or sprayed.

                        We love it here at Amavi Aster Ridge

                        All the staff at Amavi Aster Ridge from the admin support to the maintenance team are amazing! We have been here for a few months now and we absolutely love it! The kiddos school and bus stop are all in walking distance, and they love the pool area. Coming from a small quiet town Amavi was the perfect transition for us. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming and we appreciate all the staff at Amavi Aster Ridge thank you for all you do!!

                                  I have been living here for less than a full week, but so far everything has gone super well. The complex itself is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. The complex is a little bit far, but that's never hindrance for me because we're mobile. All in all, I'm looking forward to a phenomenal experience.

                                            Throughout our tenancy, we have made multiple attempts to contact management regarding several issues affecting our unit and account. Unfortunately, these attempts—via email and in-person visits to the leasing office—have often gone unanswered or disregarded. When we do receive responses, they frequently lack clarity and fail to provide direct or helpful information, requiring us to follow up repeatedly to get simple matters addressed. We have also observed a general lack of professionalism in the way our concerns have been handled. There is a consistent pattern of minimal effort when it comes to tenant relations and accountability. On multiple occasions, we have been incorrectly charged due to internal billing errors, and the resolution process has been slow and unnecessarily burdensome. As tenants who pay rent on time and uphold our lease obligations, we expect to receive the same level of professionalism, responsiveness, and respect in return. It is our hope that this feedback will be received constructively and result in improved standards of service and communication moving forward.
