Pro and Con list

Cons: <br><br>-fire alarms off very frequently, for awhile there once a week. <br><br>-when i lived in a studio there before that buildings renovation, I has people that lived across from me that fought so bad i had to call the cops. The unrenovated buildings had some pretty yucky people in it. <br><br>-moved to a two bedroom in a renovated building, the couple that lived across from me liked to fight too, they would get loud. <br><br>-frequently smell pot smoke in the hallway. <br><br>-parking is lousy, no assigned spots, just park where you can. for me it was always way out in the lot. <br><br>-thermostat is just there for looks, the office controls the apartment temps. in the summer they froze me out, now that it is winter i have to turn fans on to stay cool. <br><br>-my car was broken into twice in the parking garage. <br><br> <br><br>Pros: <br><br>-nice apartments, newly renovated ones are very comfortable. i have a two bedroom and the kitchen is really nice. dishwasher works great, oven and stove work great. <br><br>-havent´t had any problems with any of the appliances in the apartment. <br><br>-when i have problems maintnence has been quick to fix problems. <br><br>-office staff is nice, and actually listen, go figure. <br><br>-grounds are well kept. i know one person said there is dog poop everywhere, but that isn´t true, they pick it up 2 a day. i know because i tested them with my dog´s poop, and it is always gone early in the morning. <br><br>-nice little gym there to work out in. <br><br>-good neighborhood, a lot of places to run and go walking with your dog. <br><br>-large balconies <br><br>-2 bedrroms have a fireplace that is gas, it is really cool to have, and the apartment pays for the gas. <br><br>-nice utilities deal, you only pay plug-ins when it comes to electricity, atleast i do. a lot of built in lights, so easy to keep bills down. <br><br>-walls seem pretty thick, i never hear the people next to me, just the people across form me. the doors aren´t that soundproof. <br><br>-apartments are large ans spacious. <br>-never once have i seen any kind of bug in either of my apartments. i lived in an old studio on the second floor and a newly rennovated apartment on the 3rd floor and i have never encountered a scorpian or roach. <br><br>so there you have it. word to the wise when reading reviews, people are more likely to jump on there computer and write a bad review if they are really mad about something in a complex. people that really like a place may never want to take the time out of their lives to sit down and write a good review. i´ve read tons of review for different apartments, and you just have to consider some things that come along with apartment living. for instance, aprtments aren´t quiet, you live very close to alot of people, so there will be noise, as for druggie people, i don´t think they screen for that. you get all sorts of people in an apartment complex. <br><br> <br><br>so i would reccomend this place. from the reviews i´ve read about other places, this place is okay.
