It doesn´t get any worse than this...

I moved into the Mirage right after their "$11 mil renovation". The apartments are beautiful on the surface, but I´ll list a few of the problems that I´ve had since moving in here...toilet backing up raw sewage into the bathtub, drain flies infiltrating our kitchen & bathroom, 20 false fire alarms (mainly in the middle of the night), abadoned cars in the lot, crime has tripled in the complex, the hallways either smell of cigarettes or garbage, rent was lowered so the caliber of tenants has dropped significantly (I hate going to the pool because I get leered at), next door neighbors have been evicted twice, screaming drunks in the hallways, alcohol bottles throughout the complex, inadequate garbage containers so there is dog crap everywhere. Management has been completely unhelpful. Watch your lease if you chose to live here, they tell you elec is paid, but don´t put it on the lease. All util are UNmetered, yet you are charged for them. This place is basically a dump. We´re counting the days until we are out of here!
