Very satisfied

I moved into the Mirage four years ago. I had lived in my share of apartments prior to that. I moved almost every year but have been very satisfied with my stay at the Mirage. I lived in the apartments that had not yet been remodeled and just two months ago, inquired about transfering over to one of the newly renovated apartments. The staff was so helpful with the entire ordeal. They had me approved and had all of my paperwork ready by the next day! My new apartment is beautiful. Can I just say that in four years, I have put in MAYBE five minor maintenance requests (which were taken care of within one day!) and complained ONCE about a barking dog (one of the girls in the office personally went out and knocked on their door and the dog barking was taken care of within 10 minutes!!) I have never witnessed anything other than professionalism and courtesy in the office and with maintenance people, especially since Fairfield has managed it. I think that people who complain about this place probably have just gotten into trouble or were late with their rent or something. People always want to say something when they mad, but no one ever says anything when they want to compliment. I thought I would do something out of the ordinary. The Mirage is a good place to live. I actually worked in property management until just last year and chose to stay living at the Mirage rather than living at the apartments my company managed, if THAT tells you anything. <br> Samantha
