I've NEVER written a review, but I thought this was worth sharing for future tenants. The front desk ladies are very nice, however that's about as far as it goes with this place. I have been absolutely appalled at how HORRIBLE the tenants are that live here. Literally grown adults being bullies. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I'm not sure how other buildings are here but i live in building A, and its terrible. Grown men calling me a ---- and ----- because while walking my dog he got startled and barked- that type of stuff. These are the same people that claim to be the victim. I'm from the midwest, so I've never really been around this hostile of people and it's super challenging to me. SO I HIGHLY ADVISE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE from a tenant perspective, won't find friendly neighbors here. As far as the actual apartments go... you pay for what you get. We've had a laundry list of things that I've brought to managements attention and some has been resolved (months later) or still hasn't. We've adjusted, because what can you do ya know? I honestly don't have time to make sure Capri on Camelback is doing their job. Yes, it sucks because I pay to live here but it's just like those rude people- what can you do? That's the part that sucks the most. Being tied to a situation (by contract) that you no longer want to be involved in. Hard, hard, hard lesson learned here and I hope no one else has to go through what we've been through. My husband, myself, and my two dogs have been so verbally attacked it's not even funny. And unfortunately the property itself hasn't impressed me in the slightest and that's why I'm giving 1 star. AND FOR ANYONE READING- Generally, you treat your neighbors with respect. If you have a quarrel, talk about it, like adults. If you feel like the issue isn't getting resolved, maybe someone from the front office can help mediate. But the whole "I'm going to let words fly out of my mouth to complete strangers" type of thing is extremely rude. You have no clue what that person may be going through. So please, be kind, be human. AND you might be pleasantly surprised how quickly altercations get resolved when its administered with grace. Sorry Capri, I really wish I had some spectacular things to say but I don't. I was so excited to move here- and this move has turned into a nightmare.
