In general, Capri is like most other older apartments in the greater Arcadia area of Phoenix, both in good ways (larger rooms, great location) and worse ways (old buildings with old building problems). That said, I am giving a strong recommendation for Capri because of the maintenance and management staff. They have gotten to know me and my kids, and are friendly and helpful. During a recent incident, maintenance acting in good faith accidentally caused some damage. Maintenance took responsibility and management immediately resolved the issue. Few apartment complexes would do the same. The bottom line is: all apartments will have issues (part of apartment living I think); the differential is maintenance and management. Strong performance in both of these areas is my reason for strongly recommending Capri Apartments.
