There have been mice in my apartment since February. Still have not seen pest control. Someone hit my car in the parking lot because the way it's aligned is a mess. Thankfully they left a note. This place smells like animal and smoke. The laundry units are always broken and they force you to use a card that you have to purchase through a machine in the leasing office which has caused fraud on my card twice. Tina only helps when it's for her benefit. She also lies consistently and refused to listen to you. I can't even begin to describe how upsetting it is to live in a place where you are uncomfortable at all times and then have such a rude staff to report your issues too. I gave them so much time to reconcile it and they haven't. DO NOT MOVE HERE. they are raising the prices and there is not change: this place is so uncomfortable and gross. Also it won't let me upload the photos of the mice on glue traps in my kitchen. So if you want to see it I can send them to you.
