Hi There, your feedback is important to us, so thank you for taking the time to write this review! We assess late fees according to our lease agreement, however residents are welcome to pay rent early, if that's more convenient. We also offer online payments on our resident portal. We are currently in the process of renovating our interior corridors, so hopefully you will enjoy the new carpeting, paint and upgraded lighting.
