My 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor is nice. It isn’t renovated and has old carpet and vinyl floors with white appliances, but still feels nice. My AC is super cold. The community is quiet and feels safe. The grounds are well lit up at night. There are plenty of pet stations set up and perfect for walking my dog. Parking is a little tight, but not horrible. You can tell the community is older, but the maintenance and groundskeeper teams do a good job of trying to keep everything nice. Maryjo in the front office is always super nice and helpful. The conscience store on site is awesome, can grab snacks, beer, and even deli sandwich without having to leave the complex. The gym is pretty nice, I still go to LA fitness down the street, but it definitely has enough equipment to do a quick workout. The area the complex is located is amazing. Arcadia, biltmore, and old town are close by and the view of camelback mounting is great. There are tons of good restaurants and bars near by. Overall I like it here at Capri. I feel many of the bad online reviews of this place are outrageously over-exaggerated and were left by bad tenants.
