Truly Honest Opinion

I moved in over a year ago- yes there are problems but I have read some of these and need to respond. First the property is unable to have gates as there is not enough ingress or egress. second, many people I have met at the pool and in the cafe have lived here for years and overall are happy. I read the 4/21 note and know that they have a lot of the staff live here-I don´t know how many, but I can think of three or four as two live right in my building. Third, the business was closed down and I happen to know for a fact that management was very proactive on getting rid of the resident who had child pornography on the internet site. The person lived near me and not only did management evict them right away, but the police were called in to investigate. If you want to get mad at management for that-SHAME ON YOU! Not everyone will be happy anywhere they go, and yes things do happen at all apartment complexes, but this place has almost 600 apartments and over 1200 people-I would not give them a perfect score but a 3 for their efforts. Not everyone is going to be happy and sometimes people just want to complain because they are unhappy. This is a free country, feel free to let management know how you think things can improve instead of just complaining-it always makes me wonder when people don´t give their names-personally, I think twice if people can´t stand behind what they say! <br>
