It´s OK, but....

I have read the previous comments and agree with a lot of them. While the management has been helpful to me and kind, I´m not sure that they are able to respond appropriately to everything. What bothers me the most about this complex is that the parking is not adequate. The spaces are too small, and I don´t think that the place is secure enough. Cars are broken into frequently (at least it appears that way). I am very tired of barking dogs and screaming children as well. There is dog poop all over the place. This morning I even saw it all over the carpet in the hallway of my building. My neighbors are completely unaware of the existence of anyone else on the planet other than themselves. They allow their children to play on the stairs, running up and down so that it sounds like elephants. They play their music at ridiculous levels, stand out in the halls and argue, etc. I, also, have had to endure the fire alarm going off. I, also, have had my experience at the swimming pool ruined because of kids who are totally out of control with parents nowhere in sight. I do understand and realize that apartments are a give and take experience, but I would never move here again. I would caution you not to move here either, unless you´re a big dog lover and enjoy seeing dog piles all over the place. Also, the heating/cooling system leaves a lot to be desired. My heat never worked and the cooling is inadequate, especially on more humid days. It´s always far too hot in the bathroom. For the price, it is not worth it. For location, it´s quite good. Staff is friendly, but it´s just not worth the price.
