Run, Run, RUN!!!

The management at this complex is non-existent. Every time I need to talk to anyone regarding any issues I have the people in the front office rudely refer me to a manager that is not in. My truck has been broken into and tires slashed by another disgruntled previous tenant. No matter where I walk I have to watch where I step, as not to step in dog crap. I constantly have to keep the windows open in my apartment due to the stale environment of the building and the dope smokers in the building. The heating and cooling system would not even make a caveman happy. The property owners are making an effort to improve by replacing the current system with the same type (hydro cooling and heating). However in their attempts they failed to mention that they would be placing a non-stop jet engine (temporary cooling system) outside my apartment for two weeks while they get the new system installed. They say they include the utilities in your rent however you never receive a bill for the amount due. You have to call, and when you pay they say that the amount due is different. Most of the people who live in this complex are clueless to the fact that there are other people who live there as well. Don’t be fooled by the office or the apartment they show you that is available. Make sure to walk around and look at all the building and talk to current tenants for their opinion. Mine would be to RUN and never look back. This place is horrible!
