Mirage - S-U-C-K-S
I lived at the Mirage on the Camelback for one year. The location and nice two-bedroom setup is what first attracted me to the place. The first two-bedroom I was in was on the first floor. This allowed me to have a perfect view of all the residents walking their dogs and shitting in front of our loverly sliding glass door. My stay in the first floor apartment was cut short because of a drainage problem. To make a long story short I had sinus infections for 2.5 months, this was weird because I had never had one in my whole life. About two months into my sinus infection nightmare, we noticed MOLD in my roomates bedroom. This was a terrible situation. The Mirage staff was somewhat helpful and allowed us to move into another apartment. I probably would have totally moved out of the complex at this point but I had started a new job and was very busy. So they did move us to a nicer apartment on the 4th floor. This was much better until May arrived and the apartment was 85 degree for a few weeks. I didn´t sleep well for the Month of May. The Mirage staff didn´t care. Now let´s move on to the laundry room. Some of the residents at the Mirage work (not too many but some) and can only do their laundry at night. On two occasions I did laundry at 7 and they closed the place at 8:30 for no good reason. Another unfortunate incident happened when I was walking by the internet cafe and someone was looking at child porn. This place if full of FREAKS. In all I think the Mirage staff is completely useless, the residents are scuzzy, and the place is dirty. Oh yeah and many cars are broken into....and everyone has two or 3 dogs. This place is a MIRAGE!Share This Review
